The place is a balance of comfort and style. For its price, the hotel is actually very amazing. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Plus, they can speak to us in English fluently. Although it would have been better if the hotel offers a different type of socket for us to charge our devices but it's okay since we can buy them in the 7-11. Further, the area is so good as well because it's just a few minutes away from the mall and bus terminal. Loved the place! Thank you.

Great hotel at competitive price! Room is clean with different topic. They are interesting at all. Breakfast buffet selection is limited, but good enough for me and my kid. The hotel is next to MTR station, so it is convenient to travel!

Rooms are very used.The ac sounds like a freight train no matter the speed. Bathroom door is factory style sliding door, wakes everybody in the room and in the adjacent rooms. Staff in reception and restaurant extremely nice and helpful. Food in restaurant really good. Location is reflected in the price. Lots of good local shopping V city etc.

Located a little away from city centre but the proximity to MTR & Bus terminal made it easy to connect to any part of the city. Infact other was very convenient to just take a bus to the airport Rooms are quite spacious, well designed No house keeping for the 4 nights that we stayed here. I dont know if they do it if u stay longer- I never asked the reception They did change towels everyday & took out the trash. Ac was working fine. Bathroom was alright Overall pleasant stay

Good location near the mtr. One of the few hotels in hk that is modern, stylish, clean and has good facilities (I really liked the gym). Enjoyed my stay here overall.

Hotel room isn't clean. Look up and can see wall are stuck with dust/linen. Bathroom wall are stained. Hair dryer and wall plugs are soiled. Hotel shows its age. Cleaningness is way below standard.

Hotel crew are friendly and helpful, so does the securities and guard at the doorway and garage, their smile soften the tiredness traffic from the mainland. rooms are clear and well managed. I used to visit Penta Shanghai every month before the epidemic of which the breakfast buffet was super.

This is a stylish hotel located in the north west hong kong. Front desk is friendly, Room is clean and cozy, The shower is surprisingly good. The surrounding area is quiet at night, be careful if you walk alone.
